Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel amazing in your gear, so if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in original condition with tags attached and haven't been worn or washed.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all BlackMilk tags are still firmly attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest postal outlet and keep your tracking receipt so you can follow its journey back to our warehouse.
